Floral Cold Sholder Tunic

Purchased this from a boutique. Worn once and hand washed once, line dried. The sleeves are not banded. They’re not a bell sleeve but they are loose (if that makes sense?) Super cute and great colors. It’s too long for me to wear it as a top, but not long enough to be a dress (I’m nearly 5’2”) Would work as a top for most!
