Floral Cotton Summer skirt by Apt.9

A-line skirt with a wide 2” no stretch waist band, , 8-panels with a blue ribbon running over seams front and back. Front and back side looks the same. Turquoise, blue flowers and blue-ish green leaves on cool white. Invisible side zipper. Size 14. Waist measured one side (see photo) is 16¼", Length is 22” at knee.
