Floral Cotton Tunic/Dress

Floral cotton tunic/dress. I’ve always worn this with leggings and a jean jacket but it can definitely be styled up or down. Ties on the back give waist definition. Perfect for going to the beach or to the farmers market. There is no size on it but it fits a small or medium. Measurements are as follows: pit to pit: 21.5” Length: 35.5” Waist: open (max 40”)
