timeagk Hi!! I like your dress!! What is the measurement of the waist across? What about of the hips across? Does the material stretch? I am very in between sizes with a 28” waist and 42” hips. Dress/pant shopping is hard for me! Thank you for the info!!!

lulugabby @timeagk The black material stretches and the white is pretty wide. I measured it in inches. The waist is about 26 and hips are about 28.
