Floral CutOut Dress - H&M (L) BNWT The material is breathable, very light, can easily wear during summer nights. Essentially a crop top and skirt look, connected in the front middle, open across the middle of back similar to two separate pieces. Sleeves have slight elastic at the ends to give the appearance of a loose sleeve. I’m 5’7 and the length is about mid-thigh.
