Floral Cutout Dress Papermoon small NWT

Super cute floral cutout dress, new with tags by Papermoon. Soft forest green with pretty pink and olive vertical floral design. 100% rayon with 100% rayon lining. Elastic all around top of waist and top section so it adjusts to your shape and stays in place. Nice flowy skirt, just needs a little steam to get the wrinkles out. Cute adjustable bow accent ties top and bottom together. I’m 5’ 4” and it hits just above the knee on me. Bought it as a gift but didn’t realize the top is low cut when it’s on - not everyone’s cup of tea ;)
