Floral Cutout Maxi Dress

This gorgeous dress I purchased from a boutique a couple of years back! Never worn, brand new (without tags)! It’s perfect for a vacation or a beachy dinner. Self ties, it ties around the neck as well as a chain that ties around the waist. Super flattering. I normally wear a small/ x small and this is a size large. Purchased because it was the last one in store, but it still fits because of the self ties!
