Floral romper with open back. Low cut V in front. Puff sleeves with elastic. Knot detail in front at waist. Open back has elastic at waist and mid-back. Open at upper back with small button closure. Beautiful flowy floral fabric with blue and turquoise flowers on a purple background with delicate thread dot detailing. Fully lined. Pockets at hip. Never worn but did not come with any tags.
