Floral Daisy Mini Dress

Adorable dress perfect for spring or summer. The sleeves are elastic/tulle material, so you can either wear them up or off the shoulder. The skirt of the dress has a nice flow/movement. I love this dress, but I can't wear it often since I moved to the Midwest.
