Floral Dress 22/24

Navy blue summer/fall/spring dress with white and purple flowers. cool and comfortable. Flows nicely when you move. 3/4 sleeves. From center of the neck down the back is 40 " long. Bust is 25" across from side seam to side seam. Slight flare from waist. Tag indicates 22/24 and a 1 X. It fits like a 2X. 92% polyester, 8% spandex. Never had a chance to wear it.
