Floral Dress size 2

This amazing and unique dress is black with pink and red flowers with dark green leaves. It is a size 2 from Sam Eldelman. It is flowy and fun with a black belt for tying to your liking. The bottom is in two tiers, measured below. It has long sleeves with a cute elastic cuff. Dress was only worn twice. Measurements: shortest tier in front is 25 inches from waist, longest tier in back is 33.5 inches from waist. The waist is 13.5, and it is 18 inches pit to pit.
