Floral Dress with Cowl Neck and Backless

Purchased at a boutique in Santa Barbara. Brand is Cage. In GREAT condition The adjustable straps help with having the cowl neck fit lower or higher. There's a zipper in the back to assist with putting on thee skirt part of the dress, and then the top part of the dress is adjustable by tightening the straps in the back.
