Floral Embroidered Velvet Mini Skirt

This velvet mini skirt with floral embroidery is so stretchy and just the right length. It is a size 00 but it's a flexible and soft fabric, I would say it fits size 2-6. My waist is 25" and I wear a 2 or 4 in Target (the skirt is from Target) jeans. For this reason I am listing the item as size small. I love this piece but it's not my style so I'm letting it go to someone who will give it more love.
