@happymomlove It does fit true to size in my opinion. The cut is like a trapeze dress, so the body is loose. I do wear S-M depending on the brand- M in Gap and Loft, S in Old Navy dresses. This dress fits me fine, just short for me (I'm 5'8"). I hope that helps!
