Floral Expo Dress size 4

A cheerful floral Expo dress with tacked shoulder pads. More of a light cream background, not stark white. 50% cotton and polyester. 23" back zipper, elastic waist, and about 22.5" waist to hem. Again, not sure what vintage is but it's been hanging in my closet for years, bagged and unused. I would consider it more a size 2.
