Floral Flowing Skirt

Floral patterned high waisted mini skirt. Bought this from TJs this summer and never wore it. Sized as an xs, but it runs big, I’m a medium and it’s a little snug in the waist. The material is so cute to me, if you’re a talented seamstress you could make something rly elegant with this piece. Saying so, it’s still fashionable the way it is paired w any white top, maybe some tights and doc martins.
