Floral Formal Dress

Blue and Black floral dress. It zips up in the back, but also has a tie detail in the back as well. This dress is more for formal occasions. Only worn once, great condition. Super cute! It’s about knee length on me. For reference, I’m 5’4 almost 5’5.
