Floral Halter Backess Dress

Navy Blue with pink and white floral print. Nice thick “scuba” material. Tag sized medium but fits like a small. Zips in the back and two, small buttons to hold the halter neck in place. No Brand, ASOS for exposure. GingerFizz kind of vibe to it. Worn once.
