Floral Halter Maxi Dress

I wore this dress once for a performance as you can see in the photos! It’s very unique looking with the ruffles on the bottom. The top is surprisingly supportive for someone with a large bust. To wear the dress, you must tie the top around your neck like a halter and then cross/cross the back, wrap around the front and then tie again at the waist. (It sounds more complicated than it actually is. ) This dress would be perfect for a wedding!
