Floral Halter Tie and Back Tie Dress

This dress is quite lovely. I never wore the dress but I did remove the tags. The dress ties at the neck and also ties at the back of the waist. The dress is a juniors size 11 and fit me too big by Easter unfortunately. The dress has a partial petticoat that is attached that really is flattering especially for the type of dress that it is.
