I purchased this hand painted hat from a local artist in Charlotte, NC. His business in Bonitos. He purchases the hats from Mexico and paints the designs himself and adds a protective coating. Love the hat but I never find a time to wear it. Size Medium measurements in the photos. Has an elastic band in it for a snug fit. stiff brim Never worn, like new condition.
