Floral Hi-Low Skirt

Beautiful hi-low skirt that is shorter in the front, longer in the back. There is an elastic waistband so it can be worn hi waisted around the hips. The bottom of the skirt is a float chiffon- like material. The background color is black and the floral print has hot pink, orange, yellow, purple, and teal.
