knowyourreitz @papirbyrd So, my hips measure about 33" around and my waist is 26". As far as measuring the these it's kind of a guess as to where the hips will fall on anyone else but they are approximately 15" across later flat, in the hip area. They have plenty of stretch. I hope that helps.
