Floral High Waisted Skirt

Beautiful skirt with a 90s vibe that I absolutely love. Fits high waisted and fairly short on me (I am 5' 6"). There is a black lining that is in good shape other than a 1.5" hold along the seam - this cannot be seen at all while wearing since it is just on the liner and has no impact on wearability of the skirt, however it would be a very easy fix.
