fruitloopallday @gorewhore1313 Hey there! It measures 17" from armpit to armpit and at it's smallest point, the waist measures 10". This is a stretchy fabric so I pulled at the waist gathering just a tad and was able to see that it expands to well over 17". I hope this helps!!
