@artist1445 hey, so it doesn’t have an extra tag to say what material it is but it feels like a soft mesh material. It’s 18 1/2 inches across the chest. the length of the long sleeve is 23 inches.

upper arm width is 5 inches across. length of sleeve is 12 inches not including the bell sleeve part (that part is flared out anyways), i hope that helped!! let me know if you need anything else.
