Floral Long-sleeve A-line Scoop-neck Minidress

This has a soft black cotton top and a fluttery skirt with blue, pink, and plum-colored flowers. I've owned it for a long time, but it's still in great condition. A simple, classic, and very soft and comfy dress. The waist is high and elastic, measuring 15 inches unstretched. The chest measures 17.5 inches from pit to pit. From shoulder to hem, the whole dress measures 31 inches. I'm 5'3" with a 34 inch waist and a 36 C chest, and it fits me very well, as it is quite stretchy up top.
