Floral Maternity Maxi Dress

Floral on dark blue maxi dress. 3/4 sleeves with ruffling hem on the shirt. Has 2 loops to add a belt (not included). Size is XS but elastic waistline allows a fit up to a M. Only worn once, in excellent condition.
