Floral Maxi Dress

NWT Southern Fried Chicks floral smocked maxi dress It’s a beautiful peachy/pink colored dress with a tiered/layered flowy bottom. It’s absolutely stunning! I’m very short, and I have a very short torso, so the shoulders are a big too long for me, which makes the top come down further and hit me in a weird spot. There’s actually a small train on the dress on the dress because it’s so long. My price is firm on this dress because I paid full price for it.
