what is fabric and care?

@parastoazami good evening, the fabric content is 58% cotton 38% model 4% spandex. Care instructions say turn garment, inside out, wash machine, cold, gentle cycle, tumble, dry, low, cool iron if needed. Let me know if you have any more questions. It’s a beautiful dress and I also have matching necklace on my site.
