Floral Maxi Skirt

Torrid maxi layered ruffle skirt that's black with pink purple blue green and white flowers. Bought it to wear for fourth of July for a fun twist, but it did not look the way I wanted to. With a graphic shirt or to dress up for something really nice size 4. Chiffon material.
