Floral Mesh Overlay Halter Dress

I've worn this dress twice and then gained weight :( She is a size M and has a red base with a sheer black glittery floral mesh overlay. The sheer overlay is puckered this is an intentional design feature. The bust is lined. I was a size 36D when I wore this and I fit snugly into bust area.
