Maximum stretch at smocking waist is 28”- 30”, and bust is 34”; length 47”. Without stretching at waist, waistline is 25”. Depending on your height, dress fits like a maxi. I am 5’2” and dress comes to my ankles. In cool temps, wear with a cardigan or short jacket.
