Floral Milkmaid Dress

I love the ditsy floral print on this dress. It has elastic around the neckline and shoulders, as well as. cinched sleeves and a tie at the bust. Zipper closure in the back. A slit on one side and midi length. Brand new, never worn. ***This is marked as a SheIn size Large but their sizing on this dress is inaccurate. I have a 38" busy, 30" waist, and 40" hips, and this dress is TOO SMALL. This fabric has no stretch. Because of this I've labeled it as a medium as it would better fit a true US medium.***
