Floral Open Back Mini Dress

This is a dress from SHEIN that just did not fit me properly. It is SO CUTE on, but wasn't made for my body type! It is definitely PETITE and has been washed but not dried. The back part that sits at the waist is elastic. The dress itself has no stretch to it. The ties are fully adjustable. The size says Large Petite, but I'd say it's safer for a SMALL-MEDIUM Petite.
