Floral Patterned Skirt

I found this skirt at a vintage store in Missoula on a day of multiple impulse purchases. The tag has been cut out, but I’d say it’s a small. It’s cotton blend. No lining. No stretch in the waist, but has pockets! Waist 28” Length 23”
