Floral Peasant Blouse / Crop Top NWT

NWT Womens size XS. Top is black background with pink/red rose pattern. It can be a tiny crop top, or u can adjust the length with the drawstrings hanging at the bottom to let out some length & hv the top then give u full belly coverage, more like a blouse. The tighter u pull the drawstrings, the shorter the top gets & it adds ruching as well. It can be worn on or off the shoulder.
