Floral Pencil skirt

Love this pattern and color! Wore twice, was always too just too big for me. Very stretchy but fabric has a good thickness. Should give ‘smoothing if needed. XL, but I think it would run closer to a XXL personally. Or a generous XL Waist 18” Length 25
