Floral Print Abstract Watercolor Blue Dress with Pockets

Nice fitted dress, great for any occasion!!! New, no tags. Found it in my closet, never got to wear it. *I adjusted the straps to 12” but can be unstitched if you need them longer. Refer to picture showing the back of the dress. Approx waist measurement is 13.5” Never worn, never washed.
