Floral Print Maxi in Black w/ Adjustable Straps

Size says XS but it runs like a small! I'm 5'2 & 115lbs and I can wear it with heals or let it kind of drape at my feet in flats. That's at the tightest strap adjustment. I bought it at UO in Boston a few summers back and just never get around to wearing it! It was made by pins and needles! Hope someone can give it a nice home! :)
