Floral Print Red, White, and Blue Halter Tie Dress

the sweetest lil floral prairie / western vibe dress! red, baby blue, and navy flowers. lightweight and summery, it always makes me think dancing on 4th of july. so many pretty details. tie neck halter bust with little ruffles, a ruched diamond stitched underbust/waist, and a circle skirt. open back. it had a lining that was cut out. no tags, vintage. due to the stretch/open hips, this dress could fit a few different sizes. shown on human with 40” bust, 34” underbust, 30” waist, and 43” hips.
