Floral Printed Tie Back Romper

Blue and white floral delicate print. Similar to a tiger mist/ princess polly. Scoop neck and little flare to the elbow length sleeve. Singed tassel tie waist. The back is open with a strap across the upper back for stability with the tie back. Super summery, feminine, & fun! Only worn once. Would fit size 2-4 perfectly. Australian size 8.
