Floral Puff Sleeve Dress w/Slit

Floral dress from wild fable. I hand tailored a small slit because the tube design was very tight and made it difficult to walk. The top is an empire waist with a rouched design. The tie is just for decoration, does not affect the fit. the sleeves are puffed and not too tight. Can be worn on the shoulders or pulled down for an off shoulder look. Gently worn great condition.
