Floral Romper

This cotton romper is off the shoulder with a tie cutout on the sleeve. It has more of a synched waste, and is patterned with a red and blue floral look. This romper fits alittle loose, but the length is normal for a short romper. This item has only been worn once for pictures on the beach.
