Floral Romper U.S. Size Small

Black floral romper with tie on back of neck and elastic waistband. Sleeves are off the shoulder with adjustable straps on top of shoulder (see picture). Bought from Bloomingdale’s (Band of Gypsies brand) and worn twice!
