Floral Ruffle Hem Dress

Love love love his dress but the color just didn't fit me! It's a really pretty marigold yellow print with a removable waist tie belt. Hidden zipper in the back, elastic sleeves with a slight bell flare. Length 31", 14.5" at the waist, 23" sleeves. Never worn, stored in the plastic since purchase.
