Floral Ruffle Wrap Dress

Purple with white and yellow flowers, tie runs through slot on side of dress to wrap around and tie on the side. Ruffle neckline and sleeves along with ruffle on trim. Beautiful dress, heavier weight material so it lays really nice. Bought washed but never worn. Approximately 34 inches in length, size small.
