Baby blue floral dress with open back by SHEIN. This was purchased but has not been worn because I feel it is too big on me. Back has backless design with ties. Scrunch design at base of hips on back. Back slightly longer then front this is purposeful see photos. Darts on either side of breast for more flattering fit. Never worn. NWOT. Size small see measurements. More giving in waist and hips due to tie and scrunch back.
