Floral Short Sleeve Dress

Navy floral dress with white/orange/green flowers. Tie detail in the waist makes your figure look great! V neck. Shrunk a little in the wash which is why I’m selling it. Still fits me in turns of the width but I’m 5’9” and it’s now too short for me to wear to work!
