Floral Skater Party Dress with Elastic Empire Wais

This was one of my favorites for a night out. In great condition, except for a barely noticeable spot which I've shown in the pictures. This F21 dress has a flowy black skirt lining and a pretty floral layer on top made of the same material. The straps at the top of the bust and upper back are sheer, with a buttoned keyhole in the back. I am 5'3" and this came just below my knees.
